Returns / Refunds / Replacements
If you are within the 14-day return period, we offer you 3 options:

Exchange your item for a different size/color.
Exchanges are only available for size and/or color of the same style. Exchanging for a different product is strictly not allowed. We recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order for the product you desire.

Refund Details and Vouchers
By default, the refund method is store credit.
If you wish to receive a refund to the payment method used during your purchase, you must notify us on the return form, and a 15% inspection, warehouse, and processing fee will apply.
Orders that are exchanged or items returned/exchanged due to manufacturer defect do not incur these restocking fees. The fees will be applied to the original order and the balance will be refunded.
Only the final price paid (after any discount) will be refunded.
Discount codes or vouchers cannot be reissued and are non-refundable.

Replacement of an incorrect or defective item
We are very sorry! Please email us at contact@doggocatworld.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem (e.g., incorrect/defective item)
- A photo or video
How long does it take to get a refund?
Generally, refunds can take up to two weeks to process. All refunds must be verified for authenticity and submitted to our accounting department for processing.
How to return an item?
Each return request must be accompanied by a return form. Please fill out this form as accurately as possible and send your item along with this form to the return address we will provide you via email. For any questions or concerns, email us at contact@doggocatworld.com.
Late or missing refunds:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your bank.
- Processing time generally takes 3 to 5 business days.
If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@doggocatworld.com.
Shipping:
The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. If you receive store credit, it will match the amount you paid. If you have notified us that you want a refund, you will receive exactly what you paid for the product minus the restocking fees.
If you want an exchange: Depending on your country of origin, your exchanged item may take 2 to 7 weeks to reach you.
Disclaimer:
If you are shipping items worth over €50, we strongly suggest returning the product with a tracking number.
Please note that product dimensions may vary by 2 to 4 cm. If you wish to return a product due to this variation, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Customized Products:
We want to inform our customers that all customized products made according to your choices and specifications are not eligible for return or refund. This exclusion applies unless the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect.
